Dr Bob Medical Weight Loss program has been  a wonderful experience for me. I was overweight for 25 years. I was uncomfortable, felt like a slob, had low self esteem, and I was a sitting duck for some serious health problems as a result of my weight. One day last year I was going up Route 8 towards Butler to go to McDonald's for a # 5 meal to snack on. As always I stopped for snacks in addition to my regular healthy meals I cooked at home. I saw the sign & pulled in to Dr Bob's instead of going to McDonald's.  Now I can honestly say that I tried and failed at so many other plans and gimmicks but with Dr Bob's program I went from a size 16 to a size 10-12 and I feel wonderful. I feel 20 years younger and my knees no longer ache when I walk or climb stairs.    I would recommend  anyone with a weight problem to  go to Dr Bob immediately and don't wait !  The sooner you begin, the sooner you stop feeling sorry for yourself and you will enjoy the rest of your life in the body you were meant to have!
