After every follow-up exam, each established patient may ask for a $10 discount card with their name on it, to present to anyone who might benefit from our Program. When a new patient joins the Program and presents the card, the referring patient will be given a $10 credit good towards their next follow-up exam or supplement purchase. Only one credit may be used per month, but credits may be accumulated to apply toward future month’s visits. Every new patient will also be given a $10 discount card at the time they join the Program. Should you wish to receive more than one card, you have only to ask-we will be happy to provide you with as many as you wish.
